We want you to feel as confident in your apparel as you do in your performance. If your True Protein gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free from marks, scents, or pet hair.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
